FLAT ZIPPER POUCH / STAND UP NO ZIP / STAND UP ZIPPER POUCH

The STAND UP POUCH is in many markets including pet food, cereal, snacks,
candy, dried fruit, lawn and garden and side dishes. Consumers especially like the
STAND UP POUCH as it offers resealable zipper, A bottom for self standing while
displaying large flat graphic print display surface. STAND UP POUCH can displace bag-in-a-box concept at cost savings.
Stand Pouch: After filling the pouch with your product, the pouch will stand for convenient display.
No Zipper This kind of pouch will save on material and packs well for shipping.
Pouch and put back several times by zipping it open and closed. This bag will keep the
product fresher longer.

With the Easy-Tear Cut process, you can open the pouch easily by pulling from either side of pouch.
It does not matter what kind of material is used or how many layers of lamination or the type of pouch used,
the Easy-Tear Strip can be applied. The Easy-Tear Strip makes it very convenient for the end-user to
open your product.
Coffee Bean/Microwave Food Pouch
One-way pressure relief valve is available. Coffee beans will produce CO2 in the pouch,
and the pressure inside the pouch could increase to 0.1375psi(9.5 millibar) the valve will
release the pressure automatically until the pressure goes down to 0.0375psi(2.6millibar),
and prevent the pouch from bursting, while not allowing freshness to escape.
The valves are made of PET. PET valves are a very
strong mechanical property, but at the lowest cost.
During shipment and high altitudes changes, the pouch will
not burst. The valve will release the air pressure from the
pouch that is caused by the weight of another pouch.
The coffee bean pouch is made of special materials
that can be printed on. It is waterproof, and holds the aroma.
The valve can be adapted to most materials and various
kinds of pouch's. It's simple, convenient, useful, and
at a lower cost.
The one-way direction pressure relief valve Stand Pouch can be used as a microwave
oven food pouch. While heating, the valve will release the vapor out at the right time to
prevent the pouch from bursting.
